Returning your product because you changed your mind, or the item is faulty:
- If you have changed your mind then please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 60 days, and we will give you an exchange or refund.
- For faulty items original labels and tags are not needed.
To return an item, please email email@example.com, and we will arrange for a return label to be sent to you, so that you can return your item free of charge.
If an item develops a fault after 60 days, we may choose to repair this item for you, ( depending on the nature of the fault) however if this is the case, we will communicate with you first and explain how a full repair will take place.
We will aim to refund the full amount within 14 days of the item being returned to us, if you have chosen a replacement we will aim to dispatch this within 72 hours of the item being returned.
